Salary: $48,800 - $66,300

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day operational support for program activities, including communications, coordination, and documentation.
• Manage and process customer applications from initial intake through final completion.
• Navigate established program workflows and policies to ensure consistent and compliant delivery.
• Analyze data reports to derive actionable insights and suggest process improvements to leadership.
• Assist with recurring and ad-hoc data collection for internal analysis, audits, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant industry experience.
• Must live in Pennsylvania.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
