What you will do

• Manage payroll processing for employees in the APAC region, with a primary focus on Southeast Asia.
• Prepare and consolidate periodic payroll reports and month-end reports for accounting and auditing.
• Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists to ensure compliance.
• Oversee and monitor superannuation and tax processes.
• Provide necessary data and documentation during audit periods.
• Execute ad hoc reports and contribute to special projects as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Forms.
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to resolve payroll issues effectively.
• Commitment to data integrity and accuracy.
• Must be located in Quezon City, Philippines.

Nice to have

• Experience with payroll processes specifically in Southeast Asia.
• Hands-on experience with Dayforce.
