Accounting Manager

Location: Hybrid in Makati, Valero, Metro Manila, Philippines (Monday–Friday, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm PH Hours)

What you will do

• Oversee accounting records, general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership.
• Manage payroll processing, cash flow monitoring, and 13-week forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, tax filings, and audits.
• Coordinate with auditors, legal, HR, and provide financial analysis and insights.
• Support process improvements in accounting, reporting, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 5 years in accounting/finance, with Philippine entity experience
• Hands-on with Philippine compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Experience in payroll, reporting, audits, cash flow.
• Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS; accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.).
• Advanced Excel; strong analytical and communication skills.
