What you will do

• Lead the design, deployment, and operational support of Linux and Windows production platforms.
• Architect enterprise server hardware, managing RAID configurations and firmware lifecycles.
• Deploy and operate distributed storage platforms, including Ceph, NFS-based NAS, and SAN.
• Design and maintain high-availability, load-balanced systems and clustered servers.
• Define and own the monitoring, alerting, and observability strategy using tools like Grafana.
• Establish technical standards and mentor the Systems Administration team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant enterprise IT experience in a senior or lead infrastructure role.
• Strong Linux and Windows administration experience in production environments.
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise server hardware and distributed storage (Ceph strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and/or PowerShell.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Infoblox.
• Available to work varying hours, including on-call shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
