Location: Hybrid in Oakville, Toronto, or Waterloo, Ontario, Canada
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 CAD

What you will do
- Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and external strategic accounts.
- Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and long-term retention to ensure measurable outcomes in safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product and Leadership teams to influence the product roadmap using customer insights.
- Develop and scale customer success frameworks, playbooks, and repeatable engagement models.
- Monitor account health and proactively manage risks related to churn while identifying upselling opportunities.
- Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching on CS strategy and professional growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Program Management.
- Must be based in or able to work from Oakville, Toronto, or Waterloo, Ontario.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in SaaS, telematics, or IoT environments (preferred).
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
