Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Manage relationships with key internal hirify.global stakeholders and external strategic accounts.
  • Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and long-term retention to ensure measurable outcomes in safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Product and Leadership teams to influence the product roadmap using customer insights.
  • Develop and scale customer success frameworks, playbooks, and repeatable engagement models.
  • Monitor account health and proactively manage risks related to churn while identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching on CS strategy and professional growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Program Management.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Oakville, Toronto, or Waterloo, Ontario.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in SaaS, telematics, or IoT environments (preferred).
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
