What you will do
- Build and implement channel development and revenue plans aligned with territory growth targets.
- Align channel strategy with sales teams, understanding their coverage models, target accounts, verticals, and geography.
- Collaborate with alliances like Microsoft, Zoom, Google to drive joint value propositions and opportunity development.
- Manage partner funds, deal registration, forecasting, pipeline, and quarterly business plan reviews.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new partners while increasing engagement with existing ones.
- Coordinate training, marketing activities, and resources across sales, SE, and marketing teams.
Requirements
- 5–10 years in channel sales management and development
- Strong understanding of channel business, programs, and alliance sales
- Proactive ownership, market listening, and solution-finding mindset
- Ability to analyze trends, develop sales plans, and increase brand awareness
- Solid presentation and communication skills at all levels
- Bachelor's degree or above
