What you will do

  • Build and implement channel development and revenue plans aligned with territory growth targets.
  • Align channel strategy with sales teams, understanding their coverage models, target accounts, verticals, and geography.
  • Collaborate with alliances like Microsoft, Zoom, Google to drive joint value propositions and opportunity development.
  • Manage partner funds, deal registration, forecasting, pipeline, and quarterly business plan reviews.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new partners while increasing engagement with existing ones.
  • Coordinate training, marketing activities, and resources across sales, SE, and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years in channel sales management and development
  • Strong understanding of channel business, programs, and alliance sales
  • Proactive ownership, market listening, and solution-finding mindset
  • Ability to analyze trends, develop sales plans, and increase brand awareness
  • Solid presentation and communication skills at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree or above

Nice to have

  • Background in Video Collaboration market
  • Advanced English (spoken/written)
