What you will do

• Define and execute operational strategy, aligning people, processes, and technology across R&D teams
• Serve as strategic liaison between China Studio and global Riot functions for alignment and resource access
• Establish standardized development frameworks, pipelines, and operating models from incubation to production
• Drive portfolio planning, resource allocation, workforce strategy, and scaling across projects
• Build accountability systems to meet milestones, identify risks, and manage scope, schedule, and budget
• Lead and mentor Operations leaders to ensure consistent standards and collaboration

Requirements

• 10+ years in game production, development operations, or related leadership roles
• Proven experience defining and driving operational strategy at studio or portfolio level
• Ability to lead in complex multi-regional organizations and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong expertise in development methodologies like iterative and phase-based frameworks
• Experience building scalable systems for planning, tracking, and delivering multiple projects
• Track record managing cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Technology, and support organizations

Nice to have

• Experience in global hub-and-spoke development model
• Background in early-stage product development and incubation
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows or distributed development
• Experience optimizing co-development or external partner strategies
