Executive Producer (Gamedev)

TL;DR

Executive Producer (Gamedev): Overseeing multiple development projects and live title maintenance for XR entertainment with an accent on resource budget ownership and agile leadership of creative teams. Focus on managing the full project lifecycle from sourcing and greenlighting to release and handover.

Location: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days per week in Leamington Spa studio is expected)

What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from sourcing and internal greenlighting to release and live-ops handover.
• Define agile team structures, lead recruitment, and identify resource gaps for multiple concurrent projects.
• Own resource budgets and ensure strict accountability for multi-million pound financial targets.
• Oversee the health and maintenance of released titles across multiple platforms, including SDK updates and bug fixes.
• Act as the primary development point of contact for external partners such as Sony, Meta, Google, and Apple.
• Mentor and coach key team members to develop high-potential talent for future leadership roles.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in senior production roles with a proven track record of shipping multiple high-end titles.
• Experience in VR/XR development.
• Deep experience managing multi-million pound budgets and complex resourcing across a studio.
• Proven ability to grow and upskill other leaders through coaching and mentoring.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to remain decisive under the pressure of competing deadlines.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Leamington Spa, UK (minimum 3 days/week).
