What you will do
- Drive the production roadmap through final critical stages to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of game modules.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks in real-time to keep the team focused on critical path goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of Producers and Associate Producers, fostering a culture of accountability and high-velocity output.
- Optimize internal workflows and communication loops to remove daily bottlenecks and maintain momentum.
- Act as the operational bridge between development teams and executive leadership, providing data-driven visibility into project status.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure team wellbeing during intensive milestones.
Requirements
- Shipped at least 2 AA+/AAA titles as a Producer, with specific experience in the final closing stages of a project.
- Mastery of production methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Expert-level proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
- Professional fluency in English for rapid communication across a global team.
- Deep understanding of the technical challenges involved in modern AA+/AAA game development and "going gold".
- Must be based in Europe.

- Deep interest in the Soulslike genre and its unique production requirements.
