What you will do
- Define and evolve the project's operational model, team structures, and pipelines to align with studio goals.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing development team with clear ownership and empowerment.
- Own end-to-end delivery performance, proactively identifying risks to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
- Manage project planning and execution, including roadmaps, PBS/WBS, and milestone alignment.
- Handle stakeholder management, budgeting, team allocation, and integration of external partners.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, strengthening cross-functional collaboration and accountability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale game development with full delivery accountability.
- Proven track record of shipping at least one impactful title from inception to release.
- Deep expertise in building development models, resource planning, and governance.
- Strong leadership capability with a history of aligning teams and improving performance through processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to facilitate decisions at executive levels.
- Willingness to relocate to Frankfurt, Germany.
