What you will do

• Define and evolve the project's operational model, team structures, and pipelines to align with studio goals.
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing development team with clear ownership and empowerment.
• Own end-to-end delivery performance, proactively identifying risks to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
• Manage project planning and execution, including roadmaps, PBS/WBS, and milestone alignment.
• Handle stakeholder management, budgeting, team allocation, and integration of external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, strengthening cross-functional collaboration and accountability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale game development with full delivery accountability.
• Proven track record of shipping at least one impactful title from inception to release.
• Deep expertise in building development models, resource planning, and governance.
• Strong leadership capability with a history of aligning teams and improving performance through processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to facilitate decisions at executive levels.
• Willingness to relocate to Frankfurt, Germany.
