What you will do

• Establish project vision, charters, and milestone goals in collaboration with the Executive Producer.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring project scope and priorities are clear, measurable, and quantified.
• Coordinate feedback across all aspects of product development and handle final sign-off on product quality.
• Implement Scrum methodology to validate workflow pipelines and guarantee product quality.
• Manage client relationships and maintain communication plans between internal cross-functional and cross-studio teams.
• Execute general project risk management and mentor direct reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Producer managing large internal teams in the video game industry.
• Deep knowledge of game software development and a passion for video games.
• Proficiency in Scrum methodology and related project tracking software.
• English and Chinese proficiency preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
