What you will do

• Identify and develop high-potential candidates for executive search projects.
• Conduct deep market intelligence and research to map talent landscapes.
• Create presentations and professional documents for business development purposes.
• Qualify, attract, and manage candidates throughout the full search lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engagement teams, including Research Analysts, Principals, and Partners.
• Manage the end-to-end search process and support business development activities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in identifying and qualifying executive-level candidates.
• Strong analytical skills for gathering market intelligence.
• Ability to develop high-quality business presentations and documentation.
• MBA or other advanced degree is considered advantageous.
