What you will do

• Perform manual reconciliation activities following agreed procedures and controls
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences, escalating issues as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for finance processes
• Collaborate with Finance and Life Operations teams to support proposition launches
• Highlight risks, errors, or inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
• Support knowledge sharing for consistent delivery

• Practical experience in finance operations or reconciliation activities
• Ability to work accurately within defined processes and controls
