What you will do

• Manage daily post-trade responsibilities and lifecycle maintenance for securities lending operations.
• Create bespoke client solutions ensuring compliance with SEC customer protection rules on collateral segregation.
• Support operations across UK/US offices of a growing broker-dealer, including process setup and BAU management.
• Identify and build new automated processes in collaboration with R&D teams.
• Handle trade lifecycle tasks like settlements, reconciliations, exposure management, KYC, corporate actions, and client reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years in US/UK securities lending operations with strong knowledge of settlements and cash/non-cash collateral movement.
• Broad trade lifecycle experience: settlements, reconciliations (Pirum a plus), exposure management (Triparty), KYC, corporate actions, client reporting.
• Working knowledge of cross-border lending, including tax treatment, collateral structures, and operational models.
• Global fixed income and/or equity support experience (essential).
• FINRA SIE and Series 99 required (Series 27 a plus); clean FINRA record.

Nice to have

• Pirum and Triparty experience.
• Series 27 license.
