What you will do

• Manage end-to-end financial reporting and the NAV calculation process for property investment entities.
• Review books of accounts across multiple jurisdictions in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS.
• Partner with investment, tax, and treasury teams to support acquisitions, restructuring, and fund flow.
• Monitor overall liquidity and cash forecasting for the Fund assets.
• Coordinate statutory audits and prepare Consolidated IFRS reporting packages and annual accounts.
• Deliver management information (MI) to senior leadership and perform budget vs actual variance analysis.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in accounting or finance (CPA/ACCA).
• Minimum 7 years of experience within an audit, accounting, or finance team.
• Proficiency in IFRS, local GAAP, and INREV standards.
• Experience working in a multi-currency environment.
• Experience with Real Estate Funds is highly desirable.
