Salary: SGD $120,000–145,000

What you will do
- Manage team workflow, daily supervision, coaching, and mentoring of junior staff.
- Conduct reviews of third-party commercial real estate valuations across APAC.
- Analyze market data and valuation assumptions for reasonableness in Market Value opinions.
- Review ARGUS, FORBURY, and Excel-based valuation models for accuracy.
- Handle client communications, resolve concerns with clients and appraisers, and create portfolio presentations.
- Advise clients on valuation processes and develop training procedures.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Singapore office
- University degree in real estate, finance, or related field.
- Fully qualified MRICS or equivalent; versed in IVS/RICS Global Standards.
- 8+ years commercial real estate valuation experience (valuation firm exposure a plus).
- Expertise in ARGUS Enterprise, FORBURY, and MS-Excel financial modeling.
- Fluency in English (additional Asian languages an advantage).
- Strong project management, communication, and attention to detail skills.
