What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements for process implementation on FerrytFlow (BPMN-class BPMS)
• Configure and maintain business processes within the platform
• Provide day-to-day support and training to system users

Requirements

• Degree (completed or in progress) in technical field like Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, or Physics
• Solid knowledge of MS SQL and ability to write SQL queries (T-SQL familiarity a plus)
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with BPMN and UML notation
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Good communication skills and conversational English

Nice to have

• Experience with C#
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
• Hands-on knowledge of FerrytFlow and/or UniFlow platform
