Location: Hybrid (London, 40% office based)

What you will do

  • Scale a validated MVP for debt collections products to reach profitability within 6 months.
  • Lead end-to-end product discovery through qualitative and quantitative research and problem definition.
  • Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap with measurable goals and OKRs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Marketing teams.
  • Integrate with external partners and internal platforms to deliver secure and compliant solutions.
  • Secure buy-in from creditors and partners for the product roadmap and execution.

Requirements

  • Expertise in direct-to-consumer product management, specifically within Fintech collections or debt consolidation.
  • Proven experience launching new products from 0→1, including discovery and early-stage scaling.
  • Ability to build business cases, define success metrics, and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong skills in applying user research and data insights to inform product strategy.
  • Experience working in Agile cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London.
