What you will do
- Develop commercially impactful roadmaps based on deep domain expertise and customer insights.
- Own the full product lifecycle from initial concept to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to define and raise the bar for product quality.
- Use data and performance tracking to prioritize features and focus the team's efforts.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in tech, with 3+ years specifically in product management leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, commercial products end-to-end.
- Strong technical grasp of systems and ability to contribute to engineering decisions.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment characterized by change and ambiguity.
- Proactive communication skills to align stakeholders and teams around key decisions.
