TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Shaping product roadmaps and leading multiple verticals to modernize retail investing with an accent on data-driven decision making and customer insights. Location: Hybrid (London): 3 days in-office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and 2 days from home.

What you will do

  • Develop commercially impactful roadmaps based on deep domain expertise and customer insights.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from initial concept to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to define and raise the bar for product quality.
  • Use data and performance tracking to prioritize features and focus the team's efforts.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in tech, with 3+ years specifically in product management leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of shipping complex, commercial products end-to-end.
  • Strong technical grasp of systems and ability to contribute to engineering decisions.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment characterized by change and ambiguity.
  • Proactive communication skills to align stakeholders and teams around key decisions.
