Salary: £90,000 - £115,000 + equity and bonus (20%-30%)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for a commercially critical core savings proposition.
• Lead end-to-end delivery, spanning discovery, implementation, and continuous optimization.
• Drive innovation for both growth initiatives and the launch of new propositions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads of 8–10 people, including engineering, design, risk, and commercial teams.
• Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention to achieve scaling goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering financial products from initial concept to launch.
• Experience working in 0-1 product environments.
• Strong commercial mindset to balance customer value with business performance.
• Deep knowledge of savings, deposits, or other regulated financial products.
• Background in fintech startups or scale-ups rather than traditional large institutions.
