• Deliver interactive online training sessions for clients and internal teams on hirify.global products.
• Develop and improve training materials, including agendas, videos, job aids, and assessment activities.
• Conduct needs assessments to create tailored training plans for K12, Higher Education, and Corporate verticals.
• Provide pre- and post-training support and best-practices consultation to enhance client experience.
• Collaborate with other trainers to share knowledge and implement best practices in delivery.
• Stay current with eLearning trends and Web 2.0 technologies to facilitate effective learning solutions.

Требования

• Bilingual: Advanced proficiency in English and Canadian French (spoken and written) is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching in a blended learning setting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience training adult learners on complex concepts.
• Strong presentation and persuasive speaking skills for various group sizes.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Ability to travel as required for the role.
