Senior Software Engineer (Java)

TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer (Java/AWS): Designing and developing large-scale cloud analytics infrastructure for the CXone platform with an accent on scalable microservices and AI-driven development. Focus on building high-quality RESTful APIs, implementing agent architectures, and optimizing system design using LLMs.

Location: Hybrid in Raanana, Israel (2 days office, 3 days remote per week)

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable microservices using AWS technologies.
• Develop high-quality services within a Java Spring Boot environment.
• Manage the full feature lifecycle from requirement analysis and design documentation to implementation.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to review and refine system architecture.
• Utilize AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude to accelerate development and optimize code quality.
• Design and ship end-to-end AI-driven solutions, including agent architectures and prompt engineering.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional experience in cloud development and Java.
• Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs.
• Deep familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, and automation frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Claude).
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work from Raanana, Israel, according to the hybrid model.
