Global Systems Process Owner Production Planning (PP) (SAP): Define process steps and deviations, promote standardization and scope validation across regions and sites with an accent on SAP-based production environments. Location: Pallejà (Barcelona), Spain; Praha, Plzeň, Brno, Czechia. Flexible working arrangements including work from home option. Willingness to travel internationally.

What you will do

  • Define process steps and deviations in production planning area.
  • Promote standardization and support regions/sites in scope validation and extensions.
  • Manage and coordinate design of new requirements and communicate decisions organization-wide.
  • Coordinate global key user network.
  • Serve as primary contact for local key users, managing deliverables (create, validate, test, deploy, train).

Requirements

  • University degree in business informatics, business administration, engineering or comparable, or apprenticeship with relevant experience.
  • Several years professional experience in SAP PP or comparable environment.
  • Experience in problem solving with key users and IT, analyzing business processes.
  • Very good knowledge in elicitation, documentation of business processes, and requirement specifications.
  • Good English communication skills essential; additional EMEA languages (e.g. German) advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
