Application Specialist in the Area of Project Management Tools (Planisware)

Location: Spain (Getafe or Sevilla), hybrid with 40% remote work; occasional business travel within Europe is required.

What you will do

• Administer and evolve the Planisware Enterprise platform supporting digital project portfolios.
• Collaborate with internal and external developer teams using Agile methodologies to deliver new tool features.
• Lead user acceptance testing, non-regression testing, and release management.
• Coach Digital PMOs, Project Managers, and Financial Controllers on tool processes and project management methodologies.
• Track, analyze, and report project and program performance metrics and financial workflows.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization and business intelligence platforms.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven functional administration or subject matter expertise in Planisware Enterprise.
• Hands-on experience with PMO processes, project and program KPI tracking, and financial tracking workflows.
• Experience with Agile tool development cycles, including user story mapping, defect tracking, and UAT.
• Experience creating reports and insights with Google Data Studio, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar BI software.
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken, is required.
