Location: Grand Rapids, MI or Atlanta, GA, United States. Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.

Salary: $135,600 - $169,500

What you will do

  • Lead development of new features, changes, and improvements to case conveyor and linear sortation products.
  • Own product costs, efficiency, and resolution of quality or safety issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and customer support for successful implementation.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and data to drive product decisions.
  • Manage product retirement strategies and lifecycle support.
  • Handle market research, value proposition, budgets, profitability, and collaborator relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product ownership or management, preferably in industrial automation or logistics.
  • MHE interface experience.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, cost management, quality control, and lifecycle strategy skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or technical field (Masters in Business preferred).
  • PMP or 5+ years project management (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
