What you will do

• Design, implement, and evolve M365 architecture for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Power Platform, and Copilot.
• Collaborate on security, compliance, and governance including DLP, Purview, and Defender for Office 365.
• Plan and support migration from Zoom to Teams.
• Design secure integrations with Entra ID, IAM, and third-party systems.
• Drive automation, reliability, and operations using PowerShell, Graph API, and SRE practices.
• Lead Copilot enablement, adoption strategies, and extensibility patterns.
• Mentor engineers and influence roadmaps and vendor decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise collaboration or workplace engineering
• 5+ years hands-on Microsoft 365 experience
• Expert in Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Microsoft Teams (including voice/Direct Routing preferred)
• Strong in Entra ID/Azure AD, IAM, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API
• Experience in large, regulated enterprise environments

• Background in financial services, insurance, or regulated industries
