What you will do

• Understand customer environments and AI adoption roadmaps to articulate technical and business value of hirify.global’s AI security solutions.
• Build and deliver demonstrations of inference-layer protection, model red-teaming, and agent defense.
• Partner with Account Executives to drive sales motions, lead technical evaluations, and serve as trusted advisor on secure AI deployments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Security teams to influence roadmap and ensure customer success.
• Develop presentations, demos, and hands-on sessions; support field marketing events.
• Stay informed on AI security landscape including red-team methods, inference attacks, and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Security Engineer, or similar).
• Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, Security, Cloud, and SaaS technologies, especially Generative AI.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and sales organizations.
• Growth mindset for fast-moving environment.
