What you will do

• Motivate teams to deliver on product strategy and roadmap for growth and improved outcomes.
• Partner with IT, Risk, Finance, Operations, and other functions to execute product strategies.
• Establish annual goals, track KPIs, and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, and Security for approvals.
• Provide transparency to stakeholders and make decisions in complex situations for revenue growth and optimization.
• Engage in customer research, usability testing, and third-party management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 6+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated success in strategic development and program execution.
• Strong product management background and business acumen.
• Experience in Agile or SAFe preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
