What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML systems addressing business challenges, including generative AI and agentic systems.
• Research, test, and apply state-of-the-art generative AI models with comprehensive evaluation frameworks.
• Extract insights from complex data using advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and optimization.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align technical solutions with business needs and regulatory compliance.
• Set enterprise-wide AI standards through reference architectures, design reviews, and model lifecycle management.
• Communicate technical concepts and insights to stakeholders and integrate AI into production systems.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related; 6+ years deploying ML/AI in production.
• Strong Python; generative AI expertise (prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, agents).
• Cloud platforms (AWS Bedrock, SageMaker preferred); ML frameworks (PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
• CI/CD, Git, Docker, Terraform; data structures, algorithms, observability for AI.
• Agile experience; strong communication, analytical thinking, ethical AI knowledge.
