Senior AI Workflow Engineer (AI): Designing, building, and operationalizing AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency across various enterprise divisions with an accent on generative AI and agent-based tools. Focus on integrating internal systems with LLMs, architecting retrieval pipelines, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.

Location: Remote (USA). Cannot hire candidates living in CA, NY, NJ, NH or MA. Final interviews are in-person in Chattanooga, TN.

What you will do

• Architect and deploy AI-enabled workflows integrating internal systems, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Design AI components including LLM agents and retrieval pipelines.
• Partner with security and legal teams to ensure HIPAA compliance and data security.
• Translate business requirements and operational challenges into actionable workflow designs.
• Lead training sessions and act as an evangelist for AI adoption across the enterprise.
• Establish telemetry for performance, drift, and cost, and troubleshoot workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of software engineering experience, including automation pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries.
• Deep experience with LLMs, NLP, and frameworks like LangChain, HuggingFace, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices.
