Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of experience in automation, material handling, or related industry
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Strong program management with focus on results delivery
• Outstanding communication and influence across teams and leadership
• Data-driven decision-making and prioritization
• Ownership mentality, high accountability, and attention to quality
