What you will do

• Lead product strategy definition and implementation for short- and long-term business success.
• Drive lifecycle management from new product introduction through end-of-life, including configuration, pricing, and production transitions.
• Analyze global market trends, adjacent opportunities, and competitive positioning to inform go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Support to align products with customer needs.
• Partner with customers and sales as subject-matter expert on test applications, proposals, and pricing.
• Manage business forecasting, reporting, inventory decisions, and sales enablement materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in product management, product marketing, or related technical role.
• Experience in product development, manufacturing integration, and customer support.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills for forecasting, market analysis, and business reporting.
• Excellent communication to present complex information clearly.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced management education.
• Prior experience in Aerospace & Defense industry.
• Familiarity with PLM platforms (e.g., Teamcenter), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools.
