What you will do

• Manage overall portfolio performance and profitability for Generic Injectable product lines.
• Develop and implement marketing programs to maintain and increase market share.
• Oversee product lifecycles, integrating pipeline transitions and managing lower-margin products.
• Utilize customer insights and competitive analysis to inform commercialization plans.
• Partner with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Sales teams for holistic strategy execution.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of experience in Generic Injectable pharmaceuticals or related fields.
• Must be based in the USA (strong preference for candidates in the Lehigh Valley, PA area).
• Valid driver's license and passport for occasional business travel.
• Compliance with healthcare customer vaccination requirements (e.g., COVID-19, Influenza) for site access.
