What you will do
- Define and execute a global renewals strategy to improve efficiency and renewal velocity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing globally distributed renewals organization.
- Own the end-to-end renewal motion for annual and multi-year contracts.
- Deliver accurate renewal forecasts and executive-level reporting.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to resolve blockers.
- Drive automation and AI-powered workflows to optimize process improvement.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 7–9 years of SaaS experience in Renewals, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations.
- 2–4 years of people leadership experience, preferably managing offshore or distributed teams.
- Proven experience leading high-volume, transactional renewal operations.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with auto-renewal programs.
- Experience with technology-enabled improvements such as AI and CRM hygiene.
