Scrum Master (Fintech)

TL;DR

Scrum Master (Fintech): Coach and facilitate agile squads in solution delivery with an accent on agile ceremonies, impediment removal, and product backlog grooming. Focus on guiding self-organization, building trusting environments, and coordinating multi-squad deliveries using SaFe principles.

Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week in Manchester

What you will do

• Provide servant leadership support to the team and lead by example.
• Guide the team on Agile/Scrum practices, self-organization, and maturity improvement.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including stand-ups, reviews, planning, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments, support product backlog grooming, and improve transparency.
• Build relationships with product owners and stakeholders.
• Schedule and manage squad and multi-squad software releases using SaFe principles.

Requirements

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Previous experience as a team lead.
• Experience collaborating with or within agile/scrum teams.
• Experience delivering change in IT function.
• Basic knowledge of software development processes.
• Jira/Confluence experience and excellent interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SaFe principles.
