Location: Remote (United States). hirify.global participates in the E-Verify Program in certain locations, as required by law.

Base Pay Range: $140,000 - $185,000

What you will do

• Perform technical accounting research under US GAAP for revenue, partnerships, digital assets, blockchain transactions, and acquisitions.
• Maintain and operationalize accounting policies with cross-functional teams.
• Document complex transactions and support review of consolidated financial statements, SEC filings, and statutory reporting.
• Analyze emerging standards, liaise with standard setters, and implement changes across global teams.
• Advise commercial teams on accounting outcomes for contracts and new products.
• Serve as liaison for technical matters with stakeholders, auditors, and regulators; contribute to special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business and CPA or international equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including public accounting.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge; proven financial reporting and auditor management skills.
• Excellent communication, time-management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience with SOX 404, internal controls, and large/listed companies.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IFRS or other standards.
• Regulated business, financial services, or technology industry experience.
• Familiarity with Workiva, Slack, MacOS, GSuite, and AI tools for research.
