What you will do

  • Oversee implementation and administration of collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) across publishing bargaining units.
  • Manage the end-to-end grievance process, including intake, documentation, resolution, and representing the company in meetings.
  • Handle union Requests for Information (RFIs) in compliance with legal obligations and contractual timelines.
  • Advise HR and business leaders on labor relations strategy, risk management, and dispute resolution.
  • Design and deliver labor relations training programs for managers on contract interpretation and NLRA compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, Law, or related field with 7+ years of experience (or Master's with 6+ years).
  • Expertise in the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and U.S. employment and HR laws.
  • Demonstrated track record of building trust-based relationships with union representatives.
  • Proven experience in CBA administration, grievances, arbitrations, and negotiations.
  • Ability to influence outcomes in complex situations within a matrixed environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, or creative industries.
  • Experience supporting inaugural CBA implementation.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
