Salary: $64,900 - $97,360

What you will do
- Provide day-to-day HR partnership and consultation for assigned functional teams.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, practices, and procedures for leadership and stakeholders.
- Analyze HR statistics such as turnover, hiring, and performance to drive business solutions.
- Lead HR programs including employment/unemployment, litigation, retention, and severance.
- Collaborate with COEs in Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, and Legal.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to meet hiring goals and develop future talent pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of local and statutory HR compliance laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work onsite in Boardman, OR.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree or professional certification in human resources.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish.
- Experience with payroll, timekeeping, and HCM systems.
