Salary: $64,900 - $97,360

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day HR partnership and consultation for assigned functional teams.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, practices, and procedures for leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyze HR statistics such as turnover, hiring, and performance to drive business solutions.
• Lead HR programs including employment/unemployment, litigation, retention, and severance.
• Collaborate with COEs in Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, and Legal.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to meet hiring goals and develop future talent pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of local and statutory HR compliance laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work onsite in Boardman, OR.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or professional certification in human resources.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish.
• Experience with payroll, timekeeping, and HCM systems.
