TL;DR

Post Production Manager (Video Production): Managing a team of editors to produce high-volume short-form video content for brands with an accent on quality control, deadline management, and process optimization. Location: Must be based in Guatemala (Remote)

Salary: GTQ 16,000 - 18,000

What you will do

  • Review edited videos to ensure they meet briefs, SOPs, and brand guidelines before delivery.
  • Manage and lead a team of approximately 10 video editors, conducting weekly 1:1s to review performance.
  • Monitor workloads and reassign tasks to meet deadlines and eliminate production bottlenecks.
  • Translate complex client notes into clear, usable instructions for the editing team.
  • Maintain and improve global editing checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

  • Meaningful experience in video post-production, specifically with short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
  • Proven experience managing or leading a team of editors.
  • English proficiency: C1-C2 level required.
  • Location: Must be based in Guatemala.
  • Own computer, webcam, microphone, and reliable internet (100 Mbps+).

Nice to have

  • Experience running editing teams in an agency or production house.
  • Proficiency with ClickUp, Frame.io, and Slack.
  • Hands-on video editing skills for light tweaks during crunch times.
