Location: Completely remote from anywhere.

Salary: $800–$1,800 USD a month (based on experience).

What you will do

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms to align with brand voice.
• Collaborate with creators to polish UGC-style videos for maximum engagement.
• Produce performance-driven ads for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok campaigns from raw footage.
• Optimize videos for platform specs including size, length, and technical requirements.
• Add effects, transitions, captions, music, and perform color correction/sound mixing.
• Stay current on trends and iterate content based on performance data and feedback.

Requirements

• Availability for up to three months to start (further contract dependent on performance)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Media Encoder; knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Suite
• 2+ years editing for social media/digital platforms (advertising experience a plus)
• Understanding of social media best practices, trends, camera formats, frame rates, codecs
• Online editing skills: color correction, music supervision, sound mixing
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects
• Familiarity with Frame.io, Zoom, Monday, Slack

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in film studies or related field
• Experience with After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks
• Creative skills, 3D composition, special effects
• Portfolio of completed productions
