TL;DR

Post Production Manager (Property Marketing): Lead an offshore creative production team handling photo editing, video editing, and floor plans with an accent on managing workflows, deadlines, quality standards, and team performance. Focus on monitoring production capacity, resolving bottlenecks, ensuring SLA compliance, and driving operational improvements.

Hybrid in Cebu City, Philippines (will shift to WFH once team onboarded). Work schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AU Eastern Time).

What you will do

  • Review daily workloads for photo editing, video, and floor plans to ensure on-time delivery within SLA.
  • Monitor job queues, capacity, staffing, and workflows; resolve urgent issues affecting timelines.
  • Lead day-to-day operations, maintain visibility through check-ins and meetings, and align with strategic goals.
  • Provide reporting on performance, risks, and recommendations; oversee attendance, policies, and team health.
  • Conduct performance reviews, manage bonuses, handle escalations, and support recruitment and training.
  • Identify efficiency opportunities in tools, processes, AI, and technology; facilitate improvements and team culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in operations/post-production/creative production/team management.
  • Experience leading creative teams in photo/video/floor plan/property marketing.
  • Strong skills in managing workloads, SLAs, capacity, productivity, and quality in fast-paced environments.
  • People management including reviews, mentoring, coaching, engagement, and HR responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving skills; data-driven reporting and process improvements.
  • Comfortable with meetings, stakeholder updates, innovation in AI/data/tech, and leadership development.
