What you will do

• Edit raw creator footage into polished, platform-first UGC ads tailored for TikTok.
• Iterate on ad cuts based on performance data by swapping hooks and testing new CTAs.
• Repurpose winning assets into new variants using a modular content library.
• Utilize AI tools for content localization, dubbing, and AI voice-overs.

Requirements

• Strong TikTok-native editing instincts and understanding of high-converting hooks.
• Ability to deliver multiple high-quality cuts within tight deadlines.
• Performance-oriented mindset with the ability to apply data results to future edits.
• Fluency in AI tools such as ElevenLabs for dubbing and lip-syncing.
• Experience with modular editing (hook/body/CTA structure).
• CET overlap preferred.

Hiring process

• Initial 20-minute call regarding workflow and UGC experience.
• Paid work trial consisting of 2-3 hour editing tasks based on a real brief.
• Review session to walk through edits and design decisions.
• Final chat to align on terms and onboarding.
