What you will do

• Edit short LinkedIn videos (30 seconds to 3 minutes) from raw talking-head footage and screen recordings.
• Integrate captions, callouts, zooms, screenshots, and simple motion graphics to enhance engagement.
• Apply professional color grading and sound design to maintain a premium, polished brand look.
• Repurpose long-form recordings into a series of short, impactful social clips.
• Collaborate with a U.S.-based team to make business and data-heavy topics visually interesting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong social media portfolio.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar industry-standard software.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Good written English proficiency for effective team communication.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual hierarchy for educational or business content.

Nice to have

• Experience producing content for B2B, SaaS, marketing, or tech industries.
• Advanced skills in After Effects or motion graphics.
• Deep familiarity with current LinkedIn and YouTube editing styles.
