TL;DR

Trainee, Investment Operations (Finance): Providing operational support to the Portfolio Management team throughout the fund lifecycle with an accent on transactions, data governance, and investor reporting. Focus on producing fund performance reports, carrying out data validation, and supporting liquidity management.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Candidates must have the right to work in the UK until at least October 2027.

What you will do

• Produce and review monthly, quarterly, and annual fund performance and investor reports.
• Update databases and dashboards by collecting and organizing data from underlying fund teams.
• Perform data validation and reconciliations to ensure the completeness and accuracy of reportable data.
• Assist with liquidity and distribution management and fund-level performance calculations.
• Act as an interface between the Portfolio Manager and other internal teams involved in the fund.
• Support Product Management in enhancing client experience reporting and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK until at least October 2027.
• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interest in Real Estate and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• School leaver status (specifically looking for entry-level trainees).
