What you will do

• Leverage and build industrial relationships with brokers, owners, and off-market sources in Columbus, Ohio
• Develop deep knowledge of the Columbus industrial market and stay ahead of trends
• Independently source acquisition opportunities and underwrite cash flow models
• Evaluate underwriting levers, structures, risks, and returns
• Manage and communicate acquisitions pipeline with urgency to leadership
• Report timely underwriting analysis and pipeline status to Executive Director and Investment Committee

Requirements

• Proven track record of independently driving acquisitions from sourcing through closing
• Existing relationships in the Columbus, Ohio market
• Experience managing active acquisitions pipeline and presenting opportunities
• Experience underwriting industrial transactions
• Highly skilled at multitasking
