What you will do

• Contact customers via inbound and outbound calls to arrange payment solutions and resolve accounts.
• Negotiate payment plans based on customer circumstances to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
• Conduct extensive skip tracing to locate customers, vehicles, and potential leads.
• Maintain accurate records of account activity, updates, and vehicle recovery progress.
• Collaborate with team members to support department goals and share case information.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive finance industry.
• Proven expertise in collections, repossession, and skip tracing.
• Thorough understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and state/federal collection laws.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and web-based skip-tracing tools.
• Must be able to work on-site in Agoura Hills, CA.
