What you will do

• Lead cost reduction initiatives through data analysis to optimize workflows and improve cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate data initiatives to identify trends, performance opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and models to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into practical, data-driven insights.
• Create business cases and financial summaries aligned with operational objectives.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to support performance improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, Computer Science, or related fields.
• English proficiency is required.
• 8+ years of professional experience in supply chain, budget management, and business data analysis.
• Experience in purchasing and demand planning, with APICS certification (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; SQL experience is a plus.
• Must be based in Costa Rica; no visa sponsorship or relocation provided.
