What you will do

• Consolidate and validate revenue forecasts across all products and sales channels.
• Track actual performance, pipehirify.global, and run-rate movements to identify forecast gaps.
• Support quarterly target allocation and track achievement for sales incentive calculations.
• Prepare performance updates, risk explanations, and gap analysis for senior leadership and finance teams.
• Manage annual business plan progress, including evaluating risks, opportunities, and contribution income.
• Conduct ad-hoc risk assessments for market shocks and business disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, revenue operations, or financial planning.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools including Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
• Mandarin and English proficiency required for cross-functional communication.
• Strong understanding of revenue forecasting and performance tracking methodologies.
• Experience working with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau.
• Background in digital advertising, media, or the tech industry.
