What you will do

• Participate in the annual budget and strategic planning process for the business unit.
• Drive forecasting, reporting, and detailed variance analysis.
• Partner with Finance leadership to ensure all financial reports comply with IFRS.
• Execute the overall financial close process and review periodic financial information.
• Serve as a finance business partner to business unit leaders to help achieve financial objectives.
• Drive process improvement and proactively identify cost reduction opportunities.

Requirements

• University degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and public company financial reporting.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Bilingual French-English proficiency required.
• Must be based in Montreal (St. Laurent).

Nice to have

• CPA designation.
• Experience with Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Enterprise, and Oracle.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Experience presenting diverse financial information to senior leadership.
