What you will do

  • Configure and maintain client benefits platforms, including eligibility rules, benefit calculations, and reports.
  • Use HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to configure content pages, forms, and user journeys.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and coordinate UAT cycles to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the integration of benefits platforms with internal HRIS, provider, and payroll systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, implementation managers, and external providers to resolve issues.
  • Produce detailed documentation, workflows, and configuration logs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with flexible benefits platforms (e.g., Darwin, Benifex, Thanks Ben, Zellis, Aon TBS).
  • Practical experience with HTML and CSS, and familiarity with JavaScript for light scripting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data comparison (e.g., vlookup).
  • Strong understanding of benefit schemes, enrolment cycles, and GDPR requirements.
  • Confidence in running UAT cycles and coordinating issue resolution.
  • Must be based in or able to work in London on a hybrid basis.
